We're hiring on behalf of a growing Italian tech company looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their team. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based anywhere in Italy, with flexibility to work as a permanent employee or full-time contractor.

About the role
You'll work across the full stack, contributing to both product and client-facing work, with backend development ideally using Ruby on Rails.

What you'll be doing
- Working across the full stack on the company's products and client projects
- Contributing to backend development, ideally using Ruby on Rails
- Collaborating closely with a fully remote engineering team

What we're looking for
- Full-stack development experience
- Ruby on Rails experience preferred
- Italian or Italian-speaking (essential)
- Based in Italy, fully remote
