We are looking for two highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Regional Managers to join the MG Italy aftersales team.
The selected candidates will be responsible for managing and developing aftersales activities within their assigned geographical area (North or South Italy), with the aim of ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, sustainable financial performance, and compliance with brand standards across the dealer and authorized repairer network.
Key responsibilities
Network Management
- Oversee and develop the network of dealers and authorized workshops
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards (quality, processes, brand image)
- Support dealers in developing the aftersales business (service, parts, accessories)

Financial Performance
- Monitor and optimize KPIs such as:
- Aftersales revenue
- Parts and labor margin
- Customer retention
- Workshop efficiency (productivity, efficiency, utilization)
