Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Role: Italian speaking Customer Support Advisor

Salary: basic gross p/m Euro 1000 (paid 14x p/a) + Euro 100 gross p/m performance bonus potential and 7.63 net Euro per working day food voucher

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Saturday – 08:00 to 18:00

Relocation support: Availability of subsidised company Apartment (Room in a shared flat) with rent of 280€ (this will be deducted directly from your monthly pay)

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit fluent Italian speakers to joing their international customer support team.

The Role

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be representing a highly recognized and reputable home appliances brand in the Italian market. In this role, you will assist customers with a wide range of inquiries related to both pre-sales and post-sales support. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer requests via multiple communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, and social media platforms.

You will provide expert guidance on product features, availability, pricing, and compatibility to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. After the sale, you will handle issues related to order status, delivery, product installation, troubleshooting, warranty claims, and returns, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Requirements





- Fluent Italian and English
- Previous Customer Support experience desired
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to details

Salary and benefits
