It is a partner to governments, defense administrations, institutions and businesses.PositionPlanner (Budgeting, Planning & Monitoring) – Campi Bisenzio (FI), UO EOMAIT (ElectroOptical Manufacturing & AIT).ResponsibilitiesInterfacing with the Operational Planning unit of the BU for program cost planning per order and analyzing cost advancement versus forecast and budget.Monitoring orders and issuing summary reports with analysis, status and corrective actions for deviations or extra costs.Workload analysis and department load planning.Managing KPI monitoring for the UO EOMAIT.Preventive cost modeling for recurring and non‑recurring product and industrialization costs: preparation of new product bids and updates of existing bids,



collecting and processing inputs from internal and external resources/functions.Managing the cost estimate database.Managing budget at cost‑center and investment level: budget definition, cost progress reporting, monitoring.Planning, managing, analysing and monitoring department milestones.RequirementsDegree: Bachelor's and/or Master's in STEM disciplines, preferably Management.Experience: Junior – 1 to 3 years in a similar role.Behavioral competencies: organization & planning, teamwork, effective communication, data‑driven reporting, proactivity, problem solving.Languages: English, minimum B2 level.Computer skills: Microsoft Office & Project, Power BI, SAP.Other: Willingness to undertake short‑term travel.Salary Range€29,000 – €40,000.LocationCampi Bisenzio (Firenze).Job TypeFull‑time.ApplicationPlease submit your resume outlining your qualifications and interest in the position.
