/liliLead the implementation of the strongnew Industrial Controlling Model /strong, with particular focus on strongProduct Costs, Capex and Inventory /strong, supporting the related process redesign. Contribute to the strongSOP process /strong, strengthening the connection between Supply Chain and Finance /liliPlay an emactive /em role in the evolution of the strongSAP environment and controlling model /strong, including: strongMaterial Ledger implementation /strongemon one side /em, aimed at developing a consistent financial and industrial data model and enhancing profitability analysis across the value chain; and strongPlant efficiency project streams /strong emon the other /em, through strongPMO /strong initiatives related to strongcost deployment, plant efficiency, capacity utilization and decomplexity /strong /liliEnhance the strongcurrent Controlling / Reporting Model /strong to enable quicker and effective analysis of industrial performance. Manage strongBudget, Forecast and Planning /strong activities and cadence for the relevant perimeter, identifying trends and challenging figures, and assumptions when appropriate Develop financial evaluations and Business Cases, including Capex investments and Make vs Buy analyses /liliProvide both Finance and Business stakeholders the information required to increase awareness, sustained by robust analytics, and identify actions to improve PL and cash flow performance /liliSupport the deployment of Industrial Controlling strongbest practices /strong across the organization and the progressive strongautomation of processes and reporting. /strong /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements (“Must have”): /strong /ppstrongHard Skills /strong /pulliDegree in strongEconomics, Business Administration or Engineering /strong /liliApproximately strong8 - 10 years /strong of professional experience, with a solid track record in strongIndustrial / Manufacturing Controlling /strong, preferably emgained within structured performance-driven organizations /em /liliGood understanding of manufacturing processes and their main operational and financial value drivers,
