The scientific activities will focus on the research topics falling within the academic discipline ECON/06 “Business Administration, Accounting & Performance Measurement”, as defined in the official disciplinary description. The research will be directed towards the areas of financial accounting, management accounting, performance measurement and communication, strategy and sustainability. The research activity will encompass both the theoretical-methodological and applied dimensions, with particular attention to the most recent developments in the discipline. The candidate is expected to contribute to the organisation and coordination of national and international research groups, to the design and development of new research projects, and to editorial activities of national and international relevance. The teaching load complies with Italian law and with the University Regulations (Regolamento di Ateneo). It will include teaching activities in bachelor's and master's degree programmes, as well as all other didactic duties pertaining to the academic discipline ECON/06 “Business Administration,



Accounting & Performance Measurement”. The ability and willingness to teach in both English and Italian are required, including at the University's decentralized campuses. Teaching activities will primarily concern the traditional areas of Business Administration, Accounting & Performance Measurement, with particular emphasis on financial accounting, management accounting, crisis management, extraordinary corporate transactions, strategy, and strategic control. The candidate will be required to make themselves available to assume roles within the institutional and organisational activities of the Department and/or the University.
