You'd join as a lead mechanical engineer on new product development, taking a project from a blank sheet through design, prototyping, testing and validation, working alongside engineering and automation teams based in Italy, Spain and China.This isn't a role where you hand off a drawing and move on. You own the mechanical side end to end: 3D models and manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks, joint debugging with the automation team once hardware meets software, and field testing where you're the one pulling data and solving problems when something doesn't behave as designed.
