We are looking for aJunior Mechanical Designer, who will report to ourMechanical Modeling Design & Ovens Managerand join ourGlobal Innovation Development & Design Teambased inAlba (CN).
This unit ensures technical progress and innovation, through mechanical design, prototyping and development of machineries for plant production and special process, supporting Industrial and R&D; projects.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible fordesigning special equipment and machinery, from the analysis of industrial needs to theinstallation phasesin the Group's plants.
Our design activities entaildetailedtechnical project preparation, which will involve you in coordinating external studies and constantly checking the coherence of the project.
You will findinnovative solutionsto meet the specifications of new projects and promote thecontinuous improvementof existing plants.
You will also cover aspects beyond the purely technical, such asbudget, schedule, quality, hygiene, safety, ergonomics, environment and more.
You will attend internal meetings andcollaborate with variousstakeholders, in our plantsaround the worldand in various internal departments, as well as with our external suppliers.
About You:
You will bring yourMaster's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, together withsome initialexperiencegained in thedesign of machinery forFood, FMCG or Automation sector.
Strongtechnical knowledge in mechanical design and engineering principleswill be you key to succeed in this role, combined with proficiency in the use ofCAD software(2D, 3D, Autodesk Inventor).
If you have already achieved some practice in project management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, safety, hygienic design and environmental compliance will be a plus for us, but if you are new to thiswe will be happy to train you!




Your ability asgood communicator both in Italian and English, your collaboration skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and your problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges will make you the perfect fit to this role.

What we offer:
The role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €******.
The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 5% of base salary.
The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
