/ppThis is a key creative leadership position responsible for the development and execution of the brand's runway and show collections across all categories.
/ppWorking closely with the Creative Director and senior creative teams, the Design Director will translate the overall creative vision into a distinctive, cohesive and highly desirable collection, overseeing the process from initial concept and research through to fittings and final runway execution.

/ppYou will combine creative vision, strong product expertise and exceptional collection-building skills while leading multidisciplinary design teams within a highly dynamic luxury fashion environment.

/liliPrevious experience as a bDesign Director, Head of Design or senior fashion design leader /b.
/liliStrong expertise in brunway, fashion show and Ready-to-Wear collections /b.
/liliExperience working across multiple fashion categories.
/liliExceptional eye for silhouette, colour, fabrication, proportion and detail.
/liliStrong knowledge of garment construction, materials and luxury craftsmanship.
/liliProven ability to lead and develop senior creative teams.
/liliExcellent collection-building and editing capabilities.
/liliFluent English; Italian would be advantageous.
