Review market sizing and TAM analysis for alignment with investment strategies. Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making. Collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Process NDA/legal documents efficiently to support deal flow. Source potential deals and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.



Qualifications Must-Have At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms. Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.
