Main activities: Telephone and e-mail communication with customers and German parent company (in English or German) Management of requests, offers, orders, invoices, payments on Team System Enterprise software Supervision of logistics procedures Management of marketing/commercial data on cloud CRM software ( Team System ) Archiving and management of commercial documentation Support for administrative and financial activities Data processing and analysis Support in organizing travel and trade fairs Candidate requirements: degree (preferably) or diploma previous work experience in a commercial environment very good knowledge of English and preferably also German excellent knowledge of the office package, especially Excel and Outlook (fundamental requirement)
