/ppThe Group is looking for an bFPA Manager /b to join its Financial Planning Analysis team in Bergamo.
/ppReporting directly to the Head of FPA, you will play a key role in bsteering Group performance and supporting senior management decision-making /b, with direct exposure to shareholders and business leaders across the organisation.
/ppThis is a highly visible role combining Group FPA, performance management and business partnering, with the opportunity to contribute directly to the Group's transformation, integration and growth agenda.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTake ownership of key elements of Group budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
/liliCoordinate periodic financial reporting to shareholders and senior management, including performance commentary, KPIs, variance analysis, risks and opportunities.
/liliLead purchasing and material cost controlling, monitoring raw material price developments, purchase price variances and their impact on margins and forecasts.
/liliAnalyse monthly performance and actual results versus budget and forecast.
/liliTranslate financial and operational performance into clear insights for senior management.




/liliAct as finance business partner to Procurement, Operations, Group Finance and other key functions.
/liliDrive improvements in FPA tools, reporting standards, cost transparency, and performance analysis.
/liliDevelop ad-hoc analyses and business cases supporting management decisions.
/liliContribute to post-merger integration and other strategic Group initiatives.
/li /ulh3Skills and Competencies /h3ulliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
/liliAbility to understand business drivers and translate financial information into clear management insights.
/liliStrong communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
/liliAdvanced Excel skills and strong familiarity with ERP and BI environments; SAP experience is a plus.
/liliInterest in data, digital tools and AI applications in Finance is considered a plus.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
/lili5+ years of experience in FPA, management consulting, corporate finance or investment banking.
/liliFluent Italian and English.
/liliExperience in an international manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a plus.
