/li /brliSourcing of experts for current and future projects /li /brliUtilizing various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, expert databases,etc.) to find suitable candidates.




/li /brliNegotiation of contracts and agreements with experts /li /brliCoordinating communication between experts and project teams for proposal development.
/li /br /ul /brh3Qualifications and skills: /h3 /brul /brliA master's degree in Business Management, International Relations or any other relevant fields; /li /brliAt least 3 years of experience in recruitment of experts for EU, WB, ADB, EIB funded tenders; negotiation with expert and preparation of CVs /li /brliFamiliarity with EC framework contracts /li /brliAbility to identify, evaluate, and engage international experts /li /brliExperience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Devex, DevelopmentAid, etc.
/li /brliAbility to work in a fast-paced commercial environment with many deadlines /li /brliGreat teamworking /li /brliStrong independent drive, goal orientation and an eye for detail /li /brliA structured and organized mindset with an excellent ability to work under pressure /li /brliProficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).
