/ph3YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE /h3pAs Retail Facility Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us to support the Retail Facility Manager in the maintenance services of the stores within the region.
You'll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More specifically you will: /pulliCoordinate and monitor planned and corrective maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems), ensuring alignment with timelines and standards /liliTrack and update maintenance plans, supporting the optimization of schedules and interventions /liliAct as a key contact for stores and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication on maintenance activities and progress /liliFollow up on maintenance requests, ensuring timely and effective execution /liliSupport vendor coordination,



monitoring activities and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and KPIs /liliEnsure proper tracking and documentation of all maintenance activities within the filing system /liliCollaborate in cost tracking and support periodic reporting activities /liliParticipate in store checks and inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met /liliContribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes /li /ulh3WHO YOU ARE /h3ulli3–4 years of experience in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail environments /liliUniversity Degree (Architecture/ Engineering) /liliGood analytical skills, with familiarity in cost tracking /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) /liliKnowledge of CAD /liliProactive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving skills /liliStrong organizational and time management skills /li /ulh3WHAT WE OFFER /h3pThe position provides for a base salary between: 35,******,000€ Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender.
Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
The position is expected to be classified within the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Tessile).
