Each day, you will ensure appropriate production solutions enhancing automatization and granting optimized equipment performance. You will also showcase your expertise by defining the working phase sequence of a new production process to achieve the targeted product cost and equipment investment budget. /p pWork model for the role is: /p pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /p ul liIdentifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements. /li liApproving and/or editing the design for processes developed internally or externally, performing final tests with respect to the project and providing support to Production during the internal/external process/equipment start-up, defining action plans and training relevant maintenance and production resources. /li liEvaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.



Developing sensibility to solutions that best fit with production environment. /li liInvestigate and develop innovative production technology introduction, leveraging on Industry 5.0 approach. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liMechanic, Automation or Mechatronic engineering master degree. /li liExperience in production process design or automation is a plus. /li liIt’s requested a very good knowledge of Italian and English, Good knowledge of Office package and knowledge of modelling and simulation programs, knowledge of CAD programs. /li liFamiliarity with Programming Languages in particular C# and .NET, familiarity with AI applications e.g. computer vision is a plus. /li liKnowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li liTeam-working attitude and good communication skills. /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position. /p pApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /p pMinimum annual salary: € 33.000,00 /p pVariable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Premio /p pThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards. /p h3Benefits As Per Policy /h3 pFlexible working hours, hybrid work options,
