This role is pivotal in delivering strategic and operational financial support, encompassing month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, management reporting, and ongoing business performance monitoring.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior management and key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and ensure the attainment of financial and organizational objectives.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipManage financial reporting for all entities consolidated within TPI.
/p /li lipProvide strategic financial insights and actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
/p /li lipLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
/p /li lipCoordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering, analyzing, and challenging departmental inputs across the company.
/p /li lipMonitor and oversee all critical financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
/p /li lipAnalyze inventory levels, valuation, and variances in close collaboration with the Warehouse department to ensure accurate inventory control.
/p /li lipWork in partnership with Accounting and Credit departments to maintain financial integrity.
/p /li lipPrepare and review month-end journal entries and postings.
/p /li lipAnalyze variances between actual results and budget or forecast targets.
/p /li lipLead and coordinate the FPA team to ensure timely completion of all financial activities and reporting deadlines.
/p /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul lipBachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance or Accounting.
/p /li lipA minimum of five years' experience in a similar role or within audit/consultancy firms.
/p /li lipProven team management capabilities.
/p /li lipExperience managing multiple sites is essential.
/p /li lipWillingness to travel within Italy and internationally as required.




/p /li lipProficiency in SAP modules CO PS, CO CCA, FI, and MM is mandatory.
/p /li lipFamiliarity with Artificial Intelligence applications in finance is desirable.
/p /li lipExperience working within multinational companies is preferred.
/p /li lipStrong knowledge of national and international accounting principles.
/p /li lipExcellent computer skills including Accounting software, databases, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI; knowledge of Cognos and Power Query is advantageous.
/p /li lipGood command of English language, both written and spoken.

Expertise of national and international accountancy principles.
Excellent Computer skills.
Good English proficiency, both verbal and written.
