Your Tasks * Ensure quality control of finished products * Maintain a strong operational presence in production, monitoring processes and managing product-related deviations * Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001, BRC, AIC, RSPO), including documentation and procedures * Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality data (waste, complaints, trends) and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production * Act as a backup to the QA Manager, coordinating the QA team and ensuring prioritization and timely operational decision-making when required Your Profile * Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field * 5–8 years of experience in Quality roles,



with exposure to both supplier management and production environments * Solid understanding of production processes * Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving * Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally * Hands‐on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure * Fluent in English and in German or Italian Your Benefits *
