Bruker is seeking an IT Service Engineer to support end-users across our organization from the Piemonte region (Ossoli, Italy).
You will handle the IT Service Desk, manage end-user devices, and coordinate with external vendors to maintain SLAs.
The ideal candidate has IT helpdesk experience, ideally ITIL certification, and fluent English.
