ppWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager with consolidated experience in managing complex projects and resources within high-tech manufacturing environments. The candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and liaising with all internal and external stakeholders, including strategic clients, industrial partners, and suppliers—across the entire project lifecycle, from the bidding phase to final delivery. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd-to-end management of complex, high-criticality projects, from the offering and planning phases to final commissioning. /li liManagement, coordination, and development of the team, defining workloads, planning effort, and guiding operational team members toward achieving project targets. /li liRelationship management and interface with supply chain, procurement, strategic clients, industrial partners, and external suppliers. /li liPlanning and monitoring of project timelines, milestones, WBS, resource allocation, and project KPIs. /li liFinancial and economic control of the project: oversight of budget, costs, margins, and risk management. /li liProactive issue management, identifying timely corrective actions and reallocating resources to ensure project goals are met. /li liSupport for Offering and Sales activities, contributing to the execution strategy, estimating time/effort/resources, and benchmarking quotes based on operational field data. /li liRegular status reporting on project progress to Executive Management and key stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager,
