Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems to end usersAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP-related issues across business functions and countriesSupport ERP users by providing guidance, training, and maintaining documentationCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into potential ERP improvementsAssist with ERP enhancements, system upgrades, and new module implementationsCoordinate with external vendors and consultants when neededEnsure data integrity,



system reliability, and compliance with IT standardsCreate and maintain technical and functional documentation Essential requirements and skills:Strong understanding of ERP processes (preferred procurement, supply chain, operations and maintenance)Experience in ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and user support; Very good analyticaland problem-solving skills; C1 level proficiencyin English and B1/B2 in German (spoken and written)Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teamsNice to Have:At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP systemsExperience with ERP integrations and reporting toolsBackground in IT support, application support, or business systems analysisExperience working in an international or multicultural environmentSalary:€33,000–€35,000 gross per year (placement within the range will depend on experience, skills, and seniority level).
xysqume Work Arrangement:The position is primarily remote, with a planned on-site presence at our Headquarter in Parma (Emilia-Romagna, Italy) for approximately one week every five weeks.
