The role takes care of the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes. This is a stand-alone position without team management responsibilities.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManagement of the local TMS, WMS, IT and computer systems, including API and web applications development /li liSupport to the group IT team for aligning the local systems to the group ones /li liLocal network administration and configuration, IT Service Management, Application Support /li liSystem engineering for existing and new sites: management of software and PCs queries; debugging; set-up of telematic infrastructure, as well as Wi‑Fi, printer network, and the web interface for the operational side /li liTo understand and solve customers’ needs, or to transfer the specifications to the group IT development team when appropriate /li liPlan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations /li liDesign, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures /li liEnsure security of data, network access and backup systems /li liAct in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy /li liIdentify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time /li liAudit systems and assess their outcomes /li liPreserve assets, information security and control structures /li liHandle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness /li /ul h3What You Will Bring To The Role /h3 ul liBS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience /li liMinimum 5 years of proven experience working in a full-round, stand-alone IT position /li liApplication/development skills, excellent knowledge of C#, and of ASP.NET /li liSkills in API and web development /li liA previous experience working with TMS and WMS /li liGood knowledge of SQL servers (T-SQL)
