/p pAt Oxigent Technologies, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Strategy Innovation to join a strategic growth and innovation team based in Barcelona.
/p pYour mission will be to lead corporate and operational strategy initiatives and support the strategic management, aimed at accelerating high-impact projects across the organisation.
/p pWhat will your main responsibilities be?
/p ul liLead CxO-level strategy and innovation programmes, from problem definition to final recommendations.
/li liDevelop strategic roadmaps, business cases, blueprints and executive presentations.
/li liCoordinate multiple workstreams, defining priorities, governance, resources and milestones.
/li liAdvise and influence senior executives and key stakeholders across different business units and regions.
/li liIdentify business, technology and industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities.
/li liMentor and support the development of managers, analysts and junior team members.
/li /ul pWhat will you need?
/p ul liAt least 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, innovation or business transformation.
/li liExperience within a Tier 1 strategy consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, or equivalent firms)



/li liPrevious experience as an Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent.
/li liAbility to structure ambiguous business challenges and develop strategic proposals from a blank page.
/li liExperience creating and presenting CxO-level strategies, roadmaps and recommendations.
/li liStrong programme management, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
/li liExcellent written and spoken English.
/li liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Sciences or a related field.
