You will work closely with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, site teams and internal functions to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing and delivery of materials to construction sites. /p pYou will play an important role in maintaining accurate material flows, supporting supplier coordination and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, internal procedures and project schedules. /p h3Your role will encompass /h3 ulliSupporting procurement activities for EPC materials and equipment, including modules, inverters, structures and MV/HV components. /liliManaging RFQs,
collecting and analysing supplier quotations, and contributing to supplier evaluation and commercial negotiation activities. /liliPreparing and administering purchase orders and related procurement documentation, including the relevant activities in SAP. /liliMonitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules and quality requirements, escalating potential issues and delays when required. /liliSupporting the preparation and collection of procurement documentation required for tender participation. /liliCoordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely and damage-free delivery of materials to project sites. /liliWorking with logistics partners and warehouse teams on inventory control, goods booking, storage optimization and non-conformance management. /liliMaintaining accurate procurement records in line with internal procedures, EPC traceability requirements and audit standards. /liliCollaborating with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quality and Finance to support aligned project delivery and provide visibility on procurement progress and supply chain risks. /li /ul h3What you bring to the role /h3 ulliBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. /lili2-4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain or a related role within industrial, construction, infrastructure or energy environments. /liliGood understanding of procurement processes,
