and HSE Site Facilities /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent technical disciplines. /p /li lipKnowledge of test engineering principles, laboratory processes and verification and validation methodologies for mechanical, dynamic and structural systems. /p /li lipUnderstanding of engineering development processes and product lifecycle activities. /p /li lipGood knowledge of MS Office applications; familiarity with data analysis, data visualization and coding tools is considered beneficial. /p /li lipGood knowledge of spoken and written English. /p /li lipAvailability for occasional international travel. /p /li lipStrong problem-solving attitude, analytical thinking and proactive approach to technical challenges. /p /li lipAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. /p /li lipCustomer-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills. /p /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul lipPrevious experience in aerospace testing environments, particularly within rotary-wing aircraft programmes (Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering, testing, production, quality or related technical environments). /p /li lipExperience in testing of dynamic systems, transmission systems, mechanical components, structural assemblies or airframe subsystems. /p /li lipFamiliarity with laboratory instrumentation, data acquisition systems and test automation solutions. /p /li lipKnowledge of certification and qualification testing processes within the aerospace industry.
