And if that’s you we would love to have you join us! /ph3Job Description /h3pAs Industrialization Engineer you will report to Production Engineering Analyst Team Leader /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliUnder general direction, supports the introduction of new products to the manufacturing facility following the RA Common Product Development (CPD) processes. /liliWork with Design and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure optimum product and process design for manufacturability. /liliDevelop and processes associated documentation, estimates manufacturing cost, and initiate execution of prototype and pilot activities. /liliWork on issues of diverse scope where requires evaluation of identifiable factors. /liliMay lead small special project teams within or external to the Industrialization group. /liliYou will understand PCB assembly and manufacturing processes and constraints. /liliYou will have understanding of design for manufacturing and design for compliance methodologies associated with printed circuit board assembly. /liliYou will be proficient in IPC-A-610 and soldering processes. /liliYou will also be knowledgeable about coatings, underfill, and manufacturing test. /liliAdditionally, you will be experienced in high density designs,
