You will have exposure across the full project lifecycle, working closely with MA, Legal, Financing and EPC teams both in Italy and internationally. /ppThe role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence how projects are originated, acquired, structured and brought through to construction. /ppbr / /ppstrong Key responsibilities: /strong /pulliIdentify and originate new onshore wind and solar PV opportunities across Italy /liliScreen and evaluate the acquisition of attractive renewable energy projects at various stages of development - from greenfield to shovel-ready assets /liliAssess technical, regulatory and commercial viability and prepare investment analyses /liliSupport the preparation of business plans with the MA, Financing and EPC departments /liliSupport NBO and BO processes through to signing and closing /liliPrepare investment memoranda and materials supporting senior/board-level investment decisions /liliSupport the negotiation of acquisition agreements alongside the Legal team /liliTake ownership of projects post-permitting through to FID and construction /liliCoordinate secondary permitting, engineering studies,
