The business is targeting approximately 10 new store openings per year, making this a strong opportunity for someone with deep retail property knowledge, strong market contacts and the ability to operate independently. The role will involve regular travel across Italy, typically around 3 days per week.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and assess suitable new store locationsConduct on-site analyses and feasibility studiesReview, monitor and negotiate leases for new and existing propertiesBuild and maintain relationships with estate agents, landlords,
