The candidate will join the Finance Department and play a key role in supporting the consolidation and continuous improvement of the company’s administrative, accounting, and tax processes.Il tuo recente ruoloReporting directly to the Finance Director and managing a team of 5 people, the Tax & Accounting Manager is responsible for the accurate management of accounting, tax, administrative, and reporting activities across the entities within the scope (Italy, France, and Spain).The role is accountable for monthly financial closings, compliance with tax and statutory requirements, preparation of Group reporting, management of audit and compliance processes, oversight of accounts receivable and credit management,
monitoring of Working Capital performance, and the continuous improvement of Finance processes, contributing to the organization's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial ReportingEnsure the accuracy and integrity of general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in compliance with Group reporting deadlines.Ensure the preparation of statutory financial statements for the entities within the scope in accordance with Italian regulations.Manage the monthly reporting package submitted to the Group under US GAAP.Oversee the proper management of differences between ITA GAAP and US GAAP, ensuring accurate accounting adjustments and consistency between local statutory accounts and Group reporting.Independently prepare the Group’s consolidated statutory financial statements and coordinate all activi
