About the role
The Marketing Executive – Italy is a marketing execution support role focused on supporting market-facing marketing activity across Italy. The role contributes to the delivery and coordination of agreed marketing and business plans, including campaign delivery, content activation, event execution, digital marketing activity, stakeholder coordination, PR and communications support, budget discipline and performance tracking.

This role supports agreed marketing plans, helps coordinate stakeholder engagement and contributes to campaign and local market activation in line with established marketing and business priorities. It is commercially aware, market-facing and aligned with the Europe Marketing operating model, with a clear development path towards a future Marketing Manager position

The team
Europe Marketing operates a market-led model aligned to local commercial priorities, audience needs and growth opportunities. The Marketing Executive – Italy works closely with Marketing Managers, Client Group, Sales, Client Services,



Country Management and relevant business stakeholders across the region to support focused, relevant and commercially effective marketing activity across the scope.

What you’ll do
You will support the delivery, activation and coordination of marketing initiatives across Italy, including campaigns, content, events, digital channels and client engagement activity. Working with Marketing Managers and Centres of Expertise, you will help coordinate activity, manage execution details, track progress, support budget discipline, assist with reporting and contribute to consistent delivery. You will also support coordination with PR & Communications colleagues, the European PR Manager and relevant agency partners where local content, event or campaign input is required.
