We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can operate across both European and Group environments, partnering with leaders and teams to deliver people strategies that drive business success.
In this role, candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting organizational transformation, talent management, employee engagement and workforce planning across international business areas. As part of VST HR team, you will work closely with local and Group HR teams, Centres of Expertise and business leaders in a complex matrix organization.
You will be part of an international HR team, collaborating with colleagues across Vodafone markets and Group functions,



with the opportunity to contribute to strategic people initiatives that impact thousands of employees across Europe.
Partner with senior leaders to define and implement people plans aligned with business priorities
Drive organizational design, workforce planning and change management initiatives
Leverage people analytics and insights to drive data-based decisions
Collaborate with Group HR Centres of Expertise across Talent, Reward, Learning, People Experience and Employee Relations
Ensure effective implementation of key HR processes, including performance management, compensation reviews and talent programmes
Support cross-market projects and organizational transformations across European markets
Strong business partnering experience within an international environment
Solid understanding of HR disciplines and people processes
Experience supporting organizational change and transformation programmes
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Degree in Human Resources,
