We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Architect (Fin Ops) to support a cloud cost optimisation project focused on Azure, AWS, and IBM Apptio.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and optimise cloud costs across Azure and AWS
- Create Fin Ops reports and dashboards using IBM Apptio
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements
- Define cloud governance, tagging strategies, and cost allocation models
- Gather business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Develop Python scripts for automation and reporting

Required Skills

✅ Fin Ops experience (Inform, Optimise, Operate)

✅ Azure:

- Azure Cost Management
- Landing Zones
- Policies & Governance
- Resource Graph & KQL




- Functions & Event Hubs

✅ AWS:

- Cost Explorer
- AWS Budgets
- AWS Organizations
- AWS Config
- Lambda & SNS
- Core services (EC2, EKS, S3, EFS, Databases)

✅ Python scripting and automation

✅ Cloud cost analysis and optimisation

✅ Fluent Italian and professional English

Nice to Have

- IBM Apptio Cloudability experience
- Fin Ops Certifications (FOCP, FCE, FCP)

Experience

- Ideally 3+ years in Fin Ops
- Candidates with 2+ years of Fin Ops experience and strong Apptio knowledge will also be considered
