Overview

In this role you will support the M Renewables team in Italy to enable integrated project delivery for renewable energy mechanical works. You will lead pre-condition site surveys, establish site setup with HSE support, and supervise subcontractors to maintain schedule and scope. You will collaborate with project, construction, and site engineers to manage deviations and assist with cost-conscious procurement and budgets. You’ll provide onsite technical support and help shape safe, efficient execution in a fast-growing renewables environment. This is a hands-on role at a global industrial group committed to sustainable energy and advanced metallurgy.

Responsabilità

- Perform pre-condition site surveys and initial site setup
- Coordinate with project manager,



construction manager and site engineers for integrated delivery
- Supervise subcontractors and monitor works against schedule
- Report deviations from PoW or scope to project manager
- Assist in project budgets for mechanical works and procurement
- Provide onsite technical support and problem-solving

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in renewable energy
- Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of AUTOCAD
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
