Responsabilità

- Lead IT Operations and Infrastructure globally and mentor teams
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT services
- Manage hybrid on‑premise, private cloud, and public cloud environments
- Oversee networking, cloud services, endpoint management, identity, and cybersecurity operations
- Drive service improvement and operational excellence




- Manage external vendors against SLAs
- Establish Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes
- Support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT operations with strategic objectives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proven leadership in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or Service Delivery
- Experience managing technical teams and external providers
- Strong background in enterprise IT and operational governance
- Experience with ITIL-based service management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent English
