/li liLead Working Capital optimization initiatives and monitor performance against targets. /li liSupport bmonthly business performance /b reviews with management teams. /li liPerform scenario analysis and provide financial recommendations to support business decisions. /li libPrepare ad hoc financial analyses /band management presentations. /li liParticipate in monthly closing and reporting processes. /li liSupport internal and external audit activities. /li liPromote financial discipline, process improvements and best practices across the organization. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liProven experience in Controlling, Finance, FPA or similar roles. /li liExperience within structured international organizations. /li liStrong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities. /li liProven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels. /li liAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills. /li liProactive, business-oriented approach with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. /li /ul h3Education Technical Skills /h3 pbDegree in: /b /p ul liEconomics /li liFinance /li lior a related field. /li /ul h3You should also have: /h3 ul libAdvanced English, /b both written and spoken, for reporting,
