Overview

In this role you will define, implement, and continuously improve the IT Risk Management strategy for a Hitachi Energy business unit. You will promote a risk-aware culture by aligning the IT risk framework with best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals. You will analyze risks, coordinate assessments, and drive remediation with cross-functional teams. Responsabilità

- Perform IT risk analysis and business impact analysis, and coordinate risk assessments.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize IT risks and monitor risk indicators.
- Support the definition, implementation, and maintenance of the IT risk management process framework.
- Develop and lead training to raise IT risk awareness among diverse stakeholders.
- Measure effectiveness and address gaps in content or process, as needed.




- Build strong networks with key stakeholders to align compliance and risk activities.

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of professional IT experience with expertise in IT Risk Management, IT Compliance, Information Security, Audit, or related areas.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Experience in risk assessments, control evaluations, audit support, and remediation management (plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to translate risks into actionable recommendations.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, with excellent prioritization, multitasking, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills; ability to work across global and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
