Overview

As Chief Information Security Officer, you will define and lead Satispay's information security and data protection strategy for a cloud-native payments ecosystem. You will shape governance, risk, and security operations in a high-growth environment, ensuring compliant, resilient systems. You’ll build and mentor a multidisciplinary security team and promote a culture of security awareness across the company. Responsabilità

- Develop and oversee enterprise-wide information security strategy, architecture, and least-privilege access in AWS/GCP cloud environments to protect infrastructure and customer data.
- Manage regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO/IEC 27001, PSD2, GDPR, DORA) with CSSF oversight and drive the ISMS and certification program.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks while maintaining delivery speed and business agility.
- Mature security operations (SOC, threat detection, monitoring)



and lead incident response, business continuity, and cyber resilience planning.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary security team (offensive and defensive security, secure SDLC) and foster company-wide security awareness through training and phishing simulations.

Requisiti fondamentali

- 8+ years in senior information security leadership roles (CISO, VP of Security) in tech, scale-up, or regulated financial settings
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001) and financial regulations relevant to e-money and digital payments (DORA, PSD2) in CSSF-regulated contexts
- Proven ability to balance high-security requirements with business growth and speed
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalents
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills for boards, peers, and regulators
- Fluency in English; Italian is a strong plus
