Overview

As a Solutions Consultant on Hudl’s Customer Solutions team, you design holistic technology solutions for elite sports organizations to optimize performance. You’ll bridge sales, services, and product to shape the Pro Suite roadmap and enable broad adoption across departments. You’ll work with global clients to translate challenges into high-impact, scalable workflows and empower teams through training and enablement. This is a collaborative, impact-driven role at a company recognized for people-first culture and global sports influence.

Responsabilità

- Guide pre-sales strategy with College & Professional sales teams to identify growth opportunities and design high-performance workflow solutions.
- Accelerate professional services by applying deep industry knowledge to solve strategic challenges and share best practices.
- Connect product and customer needs by prototyping ideas and collaborating with Product to shape the Pro Suite roadmap.




- Up-skill teams and clients through training programs, onboarding, and customer-facing content to drive tool adoption.
- Build strong internal partnerships across Global Sales, Customer Success, Product and Operations to ensure data integrity in Salesforce and smooth handoffs for Tier 1/2 customers

Requisiti fondamentali

- SaaS and pre-sales experience with a track record in defining professional services in a SaaS business
- Domain expertise in elite sports (e.g., football, rugby, Olympic sports)
- Pro Suite fluency with Hudl tools (e.g., Hudl, Hudl Sportscode, Hudl Replay, Wyscout, StatsBomb)
- Collaborative communicator able to present to executives and build trust with clients and stakeholders
- Problem solving: analyze sales data, define success criteria, and drive initiatives forward
- Willingness to travel for customer engagement and events
