In this role you will own and optimize the organization's landing pages and website to maximize conversions, working with a multidisciplinary team of performance, conversion, and content specialists. You will blend CMS and front-end skills with analytics-driven testing to enable fast yet sustainable growth. The role emphasizes collaboration with analytics, paid media, and SEO to align campaigns with intent and improve UX, performance, and measurement. A key hook is enabling AI-driven optimization while shaping a scalable marketing engine.

Responsabilità

- Own build and continuous optimization of landing pages and website
- Design and implement A/B test variants from wireframes to live pages in CMS and HTML/CSS
- Collaborate with Analytics to shape and prioritize testing roadmap using data and UX




- Support rollout and monitoring of AI-driven content optimization tools
- Ensure pages have solid UX foundations: speed, mobile, accessibility, and correct tracking
- Own asset reusability strategy across CMS channels
- Coordinate with Paid Media to align landing pages with campaign intent and traffic sources
- Collaborate with SEO to follow best practices for site structure, markup, and performance
- Work with product, sales, and brand stakeholders to drive impact

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience of at least 5 in the role
- Ability to manage critical situations with good decision-making
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and common CMS
- Experience with Figma and WordPress
