Overview

In this role you will oversee all refinery phases to meet production KPIs while upholding safety and environmental standards. You will work closely with site leadership to optimize assets, control costs, and ensure product quality that exceeds customer expectations. You will lead a trained, motivated team and drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and processes. This position offers an opportunity to impact sustainability and quality within a global agribusiness leader.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- salary range 50,000-60,000 gross per year

Responsabilità

- Plan, organize and direct manufacturing and maintenance to maximize asset return
- Drive cost performance by optimizing manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials
- Ensure production schedules and product quality meet standards
- Develop financial controls and pursue KPI improvements
- Lead workforce planning and staff development
- Plan and implement capital and expense projects aligned with site strategy




- Maintain and enforce quality systems to meet company and customer standards
- Foster inter-area communication and collaboration across departments
- Contribute to HACCP activities and maintain related systems
- Promote good practices, environment, and safety policies
- Engage with leadership to ensure operations objectives are met
- Additional projects and duties as assigned

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master in Quality, environment and risk prevention in the workplace
- HACCP training
- Studies in Industrial / Chemical Technical Engineering or similar
- At least two years of experience in similar positions
- Value-added experience in the food industry with production process and industrial laboratory
