Overview

In this role you will scout and validate AI-driven solutions for industrial engineering, delivering multiple PoCs each year and advancing at least one to production. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovation roadmaps, while applying MLOps, data wrangling, and model deployment practices. The position blends hands-on prototyping with strategic evaluation of AI trends to keep Coesia at the forefront of automation. You will attend major conferences and share insights to strengthen the company’s AI capabilities.

Responsabilità

- Scout and evaluate AI research, benchmarks, and OSS to curate an AI radar for stakeholders
- Prototype and validate PoCs/MVPs, measure business impact
- Collaborate with designers, data scientists, marketing and IT to co-create workflows
- MLOps & software engineering: containerize workloads, automate CI/CD,



instrument model monitoring
- Data wrangling: acquire, clean, label data; fine-tune or distil models; enforce data privacy/security
- Document discoveries through concise tech notes
- Learn and share insights by attending a major conference annually

Requisiti fondamentali

- MSc in STEM disciplines
- 3-5 years of hands-on AI/ML, software engineering or applied research experience
- Experience developing and validating AI-driven solutions, PoCs, MVPs, or production-ready applications
- Programming skills and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and development tools
- English (B2 spoken / C1 reading-writing)
