Responsabilità

- Oversee production execution aligned with company values and priorities
- Promote and anchor a strong safety culture within area and teams
- Serve as communication conduit between shop floor staff and senior management
- Implement business strategy by assigning roles based on skills




- Identify and implement cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives
- Ensure regulatory compliance across local and national laws
- Direct teams to meet safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals; escalate issues
- Ensure adherence to PWI, drive quality to zero operator defects, and secure NC work
- Set performance targets, monitor budget, and report variances
- Manage complaints from employees and customers; maintain timekeeping and records

Requisiti fondamentali

- Technical or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Lean and problem-solving tool proficiency (DM, Takt, PDCA, 5-why)
- People management experience (≥3 years)
- Advanced English
- IT systems proficiency (MS Office, SAP)
