Overview

In this role you will drive sales growth in the DACH region, strengthen relationships with key retail partners, and expand distribution while ensuring excellent execution of brand strategies. You will build long-term partnerships, manage both sell-in and sell-out, and protect brand equity across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious business objectives and shape the luxury brand presence in the market. Requisiti fondamentali

- 5-10 years’ experience in W&J; sales on the DACH region, wholesales channel,



with a specific knowledge of Key Accounts
- excellent commercial and negotiation skills

- strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and entrepreneurial attitude
