Overview

In this role, you will provide first-line technical support for infrastructure, tooling, and development processes, acting as a trusted technical partner for delivery teams. You’ll investigate incidents, coordinate with specialists, and drive issues to resolution, contributing to reliability and efficiency of the delivery environment. The position sits in the Technical Enablement team, helping teams navigate infrastructure, testing, and configuration challenges. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and product teams to remove blockers and improve delivery quality.

Responsabilità

- Provide first-line technical support for infrastructure, tooling, environments, and development processes
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of technical issues with cross-functional teams
- Take ownership of problems from initial investigation through resolution
- Support and maintain test environments and end-to-end infrastructure
- Monitor automated test executions and analyze failures to identify root causes




- Collaborate with software engineers, architects, business consultants, and product teams to resolve delivery blockers
- Assist business consultants with configuration and DevOps-based development practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in technical support, application support, IT operations, software delivery, DevOps, or similar technical role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to investigate incidents and identify root causes
- Ability to own issues and drive them to resolution with multiple stakeholders
- Basic understanding of software development principles and the software delivery lifecycle
- Familiarity with programming languages and tools listed in the description
