Overview

In this role you apply lean manufacturing expertise to help clients across Europe improve operations and create sustainable impact. You will work with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues, design analyses, and translate findings into practical improvements. You’ll contribute to strategy development and hands-on implementation of lean approaches, while benefiting from world-class training and mentorship. Responsabilità

- Lead client problem solving: identify issues, form hypotheses, run analyses, and synthesize recommendations
- Collaborate with teams across Europe to develop strategies aligned with client objectives




- Design and implement Lean Manufacturing and Management solutions for measurable impact
- Develop tailor-made operational improvements and ensure sustainable results
- Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring within the firm
- Based in a European office as part of the Operations Practice

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree and exceptional academics
- Broad experience in Lean Manufacturing (TPS, kaizen, TPM, JIT, SMED)
- Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate for European assignments during the work week
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in English and local office language
