Overview

As Civil & Structural Coordinator, you are the technical reference for civil/structural disciplines across project stages, from feasibility to construction. You lead internal CAD/design coordination and review work from third parties, ensuring compliant, high-quality civil documentation. You’ll drive integration with multi-disciplinary teams and oversee site activities, contributing to scalable energy storage projects. This role offers hands-on technical leadership in a fast-moving EPC environment.

Responsabilità

- Provide civil engineering input across EPC project stages (feasibility to construction)
- Perform feasibility and concept-level civil design for renewables, including cost estimation
- Coordinate detailed concrete and steel structure design using CAD and FEA tools
- Define and perform technical reviews of civil drawings and calculation reports
- Prepare material requisitions and support purchasing with technically aligned offers




- Produce high-quality technical reports and specifications compliant with codes/regulations
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration
- Conduct site visits for geotechnical surveys, construction follow-up, and static acceptance tests

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a structural engineer in large-scale industrial, power, or chemical plants under EPC contracts
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards/codes, and EU/US regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla) for 2D/3D modeling
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team, resolving on-site issues
- Professional English fluency
