Overview

In this role you shape digital transformation for globally leading companies, guiding feasibility and capability assessments. You will lead small agile development teams in strategic IT programs,implement DevOps and CI/CD, and drive cyber resilience in critical digital initiatives. You’ll design and optimize modern IT architectures, balancing legacy systems with cloud, microservices, and emerging tech. This is a collaborative, globally oriented position with travel, offering strong development and a close-knit team culture.

- Shape the digital transformation of global clients and assess digital capabilities
- Conduct feasibility studies for client initiatives
- Lead small agile development teams in strategic IT programs
- Establish modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD




- Oversee technical implementation of cyber resilience requirements
- Analyze and optimize IT architectures, considering legacy systems and cloud/microservices trends

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with high grades
- At least five years of experience in IT consulting, IT project management, or software development
- Experience leading project teams of more than three people
- Knowledge that modern tools such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics are essential to sustainable IT architectures
- Familiarity with popular software development methods and tools
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global contexts and willingness to travel
- Proficient in Italian and English communication
