The company manages opportunities across the entire asset lifecycle, combining investment expertise, infrastructure management and corporate finance capabilities to create long-term value. /ph3Descrizione /h3pReporting directly to the Transaction Director, the Financial Modeller will be responsible for supporting investment decisions through the development and management of sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses. Key responsibilities include: /pulliBuilding and maintaining complex project finance models for renewable energy assets. /liliLeading valuation activities for projects, portfolios and acquisition opportunities. /liliPerforming scenario, sensitivity and stress-testing analyses across key investment drivers. /liliSupporting transaction execution, due diligence processes and financing activities. /liliAssessing project economics under different market and regulatory frameworks. /liliPreparing investment committee and board materials, presenting financial analyses and investment recommendations.
