We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Strategic Project Lead to work on a full-time basis. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives that align technology projects with business objectives. The position requires driving execution of strategic programs while managing stakeholder relationships across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans for high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining budget and timeline constraints

Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and contingency planning

Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable project requirements

Monitor progress using KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance data insights

Required Skills & Qualifications:





Experience leading strategic projects in technology or data infrastructure environments

Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business and technical data

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels

Background in coordinating remote teams across multiple time zones
