Overview
As Compliance Manager – Vice President, you will oversee the advisory compliance program for the custody business unit across EU and overseas. You will work with the Advisory Compliance team to analyze regulatory requirements, guide the target operating model, and manage risk and issues impacting compliance delivery. You will provide regulatory advice on the product suite and marketing, coordinate with business partners, and lead examinations and remediation efforts. This role combines independent execution with cross-functional collaboration to ensure regulatory adherence and ongoing improvements. You will be a key driver of compliance readiness in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Responsabilità
- Deliver the advisory Compliance Program for the in-scope business unit
- Conduct regulatory requirements analysis for the Target Operating Model across jurisdictions
- Provide regulatory advice for the product suite and marketing across EU and overseas
- Assess impact of new regulations and drive changes to ensure compliance
- Communicate regulatory expectations and drive corrective actions with senior management
- Identify and escalate breaches and support remediation actions
- Draft and maintain policies and procedures and corresponding training
- Collaborate with the broader Compliance team and review new business initiatives for regulatory compliance
- Prepare for regulatory and third-party examinations and lead supervisory dialogues with authorities
- Manage multiple tasks independently and in cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; Masters, legal studies or experience in depository/custody preferred
- 10–15 years’ experience in financial services, preferably in compliance
- Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and controls
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Good regulatory understanding, especially custody and depository regulation and EU implementation
- Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure environments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ownership of project delivery
- Experience with drafting policies and procedures and training delivery
