Overview

In this role you drive business growth for key End User customers in the region by understanding their needs and promoting Schneider Electric’s end-to-end solutions. You manage a diverse portfolio as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities and aligning offers across Electrical Distribution, Industrial Automation, Building Management, Services, and Software. You lead annual account plans, quotations, and forecasts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. This is a mission-driven role focused on strategic relationships, solution selling, and sustained revenue growth.

Responsabilità

- Develop and manage key account relationships to maximize sales potential
- Own annual business plans per key customer to drive profit, volume and market share
- Lead quotations process and follow-up to secure orders and favorable payment terms




- Promote the full Schneider Electric portfolio through a team selling approach
- Maintain accurate reports and forecasts for timely decision-making
- Improve customer experience and profitability through strong internal and external relationships
- Identify new business opportunities by understanding customer needs, pains, and strategic direction
- Act as liaison between customers and internal functions to deliver integrated solutions

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience selling to C-level executives
- Ability to manage high-value, multi-transaction sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in the entire sales cycle and new business development
- Fluent in Italian
- Willingness to travel within the region
